YK-11 is a synthetic steroidal selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM). It does not induce the physical interaction between the NTD/AF1 and LBD/AF2. YK-11 increased muscular mass and strength in mice without harming the liver or other organs. YK11 attaches to the androgen receptor to help inhibit the production of myostatin in the muscle, easing the muscle to create more FST, thus, increasing muscle growth.
